What I can do if I can't sign in due to an invalid Member ID or password?

Can't sign in to My Alibaba due to an incorrect email address or Member ID? Lost your Alibaba.com password? Simply follow these simple tips to check your details:

1. Check your registered Alibaba.com email address or Member ID and password

If you have more than 1 email address, please check if you’re using the correct email address and password combination. If your computer is set to auto-complete, please ensure the correct email address is listed.

2. Ensure no blank space is entered before or after typing your password

Please do not press the spacebar key before or after you type your password.

3. Check if your "Caps Lock" light is on

Passwords are case-sensitive. If you want to disable "Caps Lock", press the "Caps Lock" key on your keyboard.

4.  Reset your password

5. Delete cookies
