What can I do if I receive spam/scam emails?

If you receive spam, please take the following steps:

1.     Click Report Spam in your Inbox to inform Alibaba.com immediately if you receive spam in your Inbox

2.     Use your Spam Filter:

Ÿ    Sign in to My Alibaba at http://us.my.alibaba.com/

Ÿ    In your Message Center click Junk Folder

Ÿ    Confirm that your Spam Filter has been turned on

3.     To add the spam sender to your Block List:

Ÿ    In Contacts click Block List

Ÿ    Select a member to block by Member ID, Email Address and Country

Ÿ    Click Block to block the selected member
