Why did I receive quotations that are not relevant?

Some suppliers send mass emails to target related buyers. To avoid receiving unsolicited quotations from unsuitable suppliers, make sure your Buying Leads contain more clear details and relevant product photos (if you have them). Adding more details ensures that suppliers will understand your exact requirements better and will send you more relevant quotations.

You can also block Spam messages by clicking "Spam" in your Inbox.

If you are not interested in receiving messages from specific senders or countries/territories, you can use your Block List to filter out unwanted messages. To set up your Block List:

1) Sign in to My Alibaba at http://us.my.alibaba.com/

2) In Contacts, click Block List

3) Choose an Email address, Member ID or Country/Territory then click the "Block" button
