How do I reply to messages?

Messages from your potential trading partners are delivered directly to your Message Center. Please take the following steps to reply:

1) Sign in to My Alibaba at http://us.my.alibaba.com/

2) In Message Center, click Inbox

3) Open the message you want to respond to

4) Click the Reply button and write your reply
