Why does "Not in English" display when I'm typing in English?

 English is the universal language of business. Please ensure that all information (including punctuation/symbols) you enter is in English. To avoid such mistakes, we advise that you do not copy and paste the existing text from Microsoft Word files. Symbols/punctuation like: ¢, £, °C, No·, ¥, %, m², " ", ' ' may cause problems.  

Or you can copy the information in question to us for analysis to determine what, if any, language errors are causing the problem.
