How do I find old messages in my Inbox?

1) Sign in to My Alibaba at http://us.my.alibaba.com/

2) In your Message Center click Inbox

3) Click xxx to today and select the time period 

You can also click on subfolders of your Inbox to check if you have saved your messages in other folders.
 

If you cannot find the emails in your Inbox, please check your Junk Folder and Trash.
