How do I use my block list?
Sometimes members receive unwanted messages. In Contacts, use your Block List to filter out these unwanted messages. Messages from Member IDs, email addresses or countries/territory you wish to block will be deleted automatically when added to your Block List.
Use the following steps to set up your Block List:
- Sign in to My Alibaba at https://login.alibaba.com/
- In Contacts click Block List
- Complete the form
- Click Block to confirm your settings
