The commercial layout of Guzhen

The commercial layout of Guzhen is being more and more improved. A business circle has been formed with the construction of the “King of Lighting” as its center and the surrounding five-star International (YUCCA) Hotel, Yihua Plaza, Lighting Capital Times Square and Yinquan Hotel as its supplements. At present, there are 1 five-star hotel, a number of four-star hotels and three-star hotels and a group of restaurants with local characteristics in the town.

A complete logistic and freight market has been formed in Guzhen. There are now in the town several large freight markets like Caoyi Tianhong Freight Station and Gangdong Freight Station and nearly 100 freight companies delivering goods to different places throughout China, providing convenient logistic service.

The real estate industry is developing steadily. There are a number of residential quarters in the town providing totally over 7,000 apartments including the Lighting Capital Residential Garden, Liufang Garden, Lefeng Garden, Pearl Garden, Yiting Garden and Jiangnan Coast Garden. All the residential quarters are sold well.
