Hassia Packaging on expansion spree

Hassia Packaging, a packaging solutions provider for the food industry, recently announced a significant expansion plans to achieve a turnover of over Rs 30 crore by 2012, a jump of 100 per cent over 2008-09. The company is expected to make sizeable gains in the domestic and global markets this year. Plans are also underway to set up satellite offices globally in conjunction with its partner agencies in Africa, Far East and the Middle East.

Outlining the expansion plan, K Ravi, managing director&CEO, Hassia Packaging Pvt Ltd, said, "Growing demand for packaged products in both domestic and export markets has led to the realisation that innovation in packaging can lead to differentiation on the shelf and add to the package value.
