Access Beverage finalises acquisition of Diamond Wodka

Following the recent Access Beverage Inc announcement to acquire a 50 per cent stake in a leading European vodka company - Diamond Wodka BVBA - Jim Moeller, CEO, Access Beverage, recently confirmed that both companies had finalised all remaining deal points.

Diamond Wodka brands include Diamond Wodka (the third largest selling vodka in Holland and Belgium, and Diamond Red, along with its North American super premium counterpart products, Simply RAW Vodka and Simply Cocktails which comes in two flavours - blood orange red and lime. Under the terms of the agreement, Access Beverage is expected to secure joint ownership of all brands, worldwide trademarks, intellectual properties, import and distribution rights, and profits of the operation including delivery of other products produced by Simply Vodka BVBA. Diamond Wodka has been a profitable operation for many years.
