Room for lower interest rates in Europe
Published: 07 Oct 2008 17:05:54 PSTWASHINGTON, Oct 7 - The head of the International Monetary Fund said on Tuesday there was room for lower interest rates in Europe.
"Certainly there will be room now for Europeans to have lower interest rates," IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn told the Newshour on U.S. public television.
