Over the past three years, Alibaba.com has become a core part of my daily business activities.
I have clients in many places around the globe, many of which I met using Alibaba.com. I receive a lot of inquiries on a weekly basis, and a significant part of our deals are completed through Alibaba.com. My activities are growing, which enables me to add more products according to market and client demands.
Every month I receive 200-300 inquiries. Some are looking for market trends, but most are from real buyers. After a while, buyers even start calling instead of emailing. That means we are building rapport and trust.
I have gotten 12 customers so far, mostly from East Europe, Africa and Arab countries.
I am also dealing with suppliers whom I contacted via Alibaba.com, and I have made commitments with them for export commodities for client accounts. For members who have not made many deals, I say use Alibaba.com more often!
