Indonesia to cut royalties to boost low quality coal

JAKARTA, Oct 12 - Indonesia plans to cut royalties paid by low quality coal producers holding contracts of work to help develop the sector, director general for mining at the energy and mines ministry Bambang Setiawan said on Monday.
