Australia's ASX says to list thermal coal futures in July
Published: 25 May 2009 19:06:34 PSTPERTH, May 26 - Australia's ASX Ltd <ASX.AX>, Asia-Pacific's second-largest listed stock exchange, will list thermal coal futures and options contracts in July, it said on Tuesday.
The launch of the coal futures contract had been held over from April due to delays in getting regulatory clearance.
ASX said in a e-mailed statement it has now received full clearance and will list the contracts on July 7.
