In 2006, we found out about Alibaba.com via the Internet. We liked what we saw and so we joined.

We generally try to attract potential buyers by posting products. We also regularly keep our selling leads updated; re-posting our selling leads almost every day.

We believe a prompt response always works when trying to gain the buyers trust and interest. Therefore, we reply to all serious inquiries on the same day. It is also good to share market information with customers, and to assess and meet the individual requirements of each buyer from different markets.

One of our sales staff is always connected to TradeManager at all times during working hours. It's really great! TradeManager allows us instant access to our buyers. In most cases we can confirm an order after a short chat. TradeManager is like having one big meeting around a big table with many buyers from different markets.

Most of the orders we have received through Alibaba have, in fact, come through TradeManager. It's a great tool, if you are smart enough to clearly understand the buyers' requirements, and you are able to answer all their questions effectively and efficiently.

Sometimes, I read the articles in the Resources channel and I find the articles are helpful; especially when they are concerned with issues related to my business.
