- Minimum SIT 14,000 per shareholder.
-25% of each contribution must be released.
-The amount of contributions must exceed to SIT 1,100,000.
Liability is limited to the amount of capital contributed. Expenses depend on the amount of capital subscribed. About SIT 57,500 including notaries' fees.
D.d Minimum 5 shareholders Minimum SIT 4.1 Million. This amount must be paid as soon as the company is set-up. Liability is limited to the amount of capital contributed. Expenses depend on the amount of the subscribed capital. About SIT 75,000 including notaries' fees.

Business setup procedures
Status must be drawn up in a notarized deed. They must be approved by the Registration Office which will send the file to the Statistics Office. Then, the founders will have to open a bank account in order to transfer the capital. Finally, the company's registration must be published in the offical advertisement journal within two months after the setting-up (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia: OGRS).
