BEIJING --China imported 10,000 metric tons of sugar in November, down 83% from a year earlier, according to preliminary data issued by the General Administration of Customs Monday.
China imported 13,911 tons of sugar in October, down 84% on year.
In the first eleven months, the country imported a total of 730,000 tons of sugar, down 36.7% on year, it said.
