Producers announce Dec LDPE offers to China

In China, two major producers have announced their December LDPE film offers to the country this week with price increases of around $50/ton when compared with their most recent offer levels. A Middle Eastern producer announced their December offers this week with an increase of $50/ton based on relatively limited supply as well as rising domestic prices in China, with the producer’s new offers standing at $1400/ton CFR China, cash.

Meanwhile, a Southeast Asian producer announced their December offers for LDPE film with a price increase of $80/ton when compared with their most recent November offers for this product, with the producer citing rising prices on the part of other sellers as well as rising upstream costs as support for their price increases targets. This producer’s new offers also come to $1400/ton CFR China, cash.
