A Southeast Asian producer offers HIPS injection FD Malaysia, 60 days deferred payment at MYR4500-4600/ton ($1330-1359/ton)

A Southeast Asian producer offers HIPS extrusion FD Malaysia, 60 days deferred payment at MYR4550-4700/ton ($1345-1389/ton)

A Southeast Asian producer complained that their sales are down around 20-40% when compared with the previous month and that trading activity remains subdued. In accordance with the appreciation of the Malaysian ringgit against the US dollar, the producer commented that they agreed to discounts of around MYR100/ton on their offers for HIPS injection and MYR150/ton on their offers for HIPS extrusion at the low end of their offer ranges for both products.
