Pudaily, Shanghai-In the north, prime factories in Shandong and Tianjin run smoothly, keeping productions and sales balanced. Northern suppliers quote at RMB 13200-13400/ton (bulk) with negotiations at RMB 13100-13200/t ex-factory.
Comparatively speaking, demands for HR polyols and POP are superior to that of flexible polyols but demands for flexible polyols in November is better than that in October. However, it still exists some uncertainty whether downstream demands will continue its pick-up trends or not before year-end.
