A distributor reported maintaining their offer levels in order to conclude sales smoothly. "Our business has not been performing well recently amidst sluggish demand," he laments. According to him, PVC prices will be stable to soft from now until the beginning of December due to weak demand. "More PVC materials will be delivered to China around that time so supply levels will become ample," he further adds.
