A buyer was offered Chinese homo-PP injection ex-warehouse South China, cash inc VAT at CNY9600-9800/ton ($1202-1227/ton without VAT)
A buyer reported receiving the abovementioned offer levels for Chinese materials while adding that he only purchases on his needs basis and has adopted a wait-and-see stance to the market.
