A Hong Kong producer offers HIPS injection FCA China main port, cash at $1270/ton
A Hong Kong producer reported maintaining their offer levels this week after they raised their prices by $5/ton last week. "We are not receiving a satisfactory numbers of inquiries from our customers and therefore we are open to negotiations in return for firm bids in order to speed up our sales," he underlines.
