A buyer was offered Chinese PP raffia ex-warehouse North China, cash inc VAT at CNY9500-9650/ton ($1189-1208/ton without VAT)

A buyer was offered South Korean PP raffia CFR China main port, subject to 6.5% customs duty, cash at $1130-1150/ton

A buyer was offered Indian PP raffia CFR China main port, subject to 6.5% customs duty, cash at $1130/ton

A buyer reported receiving stable to softer offer levels when compared to last week. According to him, domestic offers have declined by CNY50/ton and import offers softened by $10/ton. He only purchased some small volumes today in the hope of seeing lower offer levels over the next few days.
