Middle Eastern producer sold LDPE film CFR China main port, subject to 6.5% customs duty, cash at $1300-1310/ton

A Middle Eastern producer reported that they announced their November LDPE offers with a rollover from the late October levels while adding that they managed to conclude some deals at these prices. "Meanwhile, our allocation is limited to China and therefore, we do not feel any sales pressure even though trading activity is not that encouraging," he comments.
