A buyer was offered Chinese PVC k67-68 (acetylene) FD East China, cash inc VAT at CNY6450-6550/ton ($807-820/ton without VAT including delivery)

A buyer reported that PVC prices are stable to firmer by CNY50/ton this week for both acetylene and ethylene based PVC. He is considering purchasing some PVC over the days to come and he is willing to accept the current offer levels prevailing in the market. "However, we are not planning to purchase more than our needs or to build up stocks," he clarifies. The converter runs his plant at 50-60% capacity.
