A distributor offers Chinese PVC k67-68 (acetylene) FD North China, cash inc VAT at CNY6400-6450/ton ($801-807/ton without VAT including delivery)

A distributor reported increasing their offers by CNY50/ton this week while deeming their sales as normal. "We do not feel any sales pressure due to our low inventory levels," he comments. He does not operate at high rates due to the unclear market conditions. According to him, PVC prices will fluctuate within a narrow range in the near term.
