Flexible Polyols Market Snapshot In South China

In Guangdong, CNOOC, Shanghai Gao-qiao increase the prices slightly but downstream clients' reaction is not well.
For the moment, suppliers and agents offer at RMB 13000-13200/t with negotiations at RMB 13000/t or so.
