A Chinese producer offers A grade Chinese HIPS injection FD China main city, cash inc VAT at CNY10700/ton ($1339/ton without VAT including delivery)

A Chinese producer reported leaving their offer levels unchanged this week after lifting them up by CNY100/ton last week. According to him, buyers need some time to adjust themselves to the new offer levels. The producer runs his plant at 70-80% capacity at the moment while adding that they are feeling comfortable with their inventory levels.
