A distributor offers Chinese PVC k67-68 (acetylene) FD North China, cash inc VAT at CNY6400-6450/ton ($801-807/ton without VAT including delivery)

A distributor reported maintaining their offer levels for this week in the North and the East while lifting their prices by CNY50/ton in the South. According to him, his business is performing better these days and PVC prices will mainly track a stable to firm trend over the near term. However, he still holds a cautious view on their PVC business in November since this month is traditionally a low season for most PVC applications.
