China Announced Final Anti-dumping Determination For Adipic Acid (AA)
Published: 02 Nov 2009 01:04:53 PSTPUdaily, Shanghai-China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) reported that it decided to levy anti-dumping duty for Adipic Acid imported from Korea, Europe Union and America, effective from November 2, 2009 for five years. Its HS code is 29171200.
The specific anti-dumping rates of different companies are as follows:
Korean Company:
1.Rhodia Polyamide Co. Ltd 5.9 %
2.Asahi Kasei Chemicals Korea Co. 5.0%
3.All Others 16.7%
European companies:
1. RADICI CHIMICA S.p.A 7.4%
2. RADICI CHIMICA DEUTSHLAND GMBH 7.4%
3. BASF SE 9.8 %
4. All Others 16.7%
American company:
1. Ascend Performance Materials LLC 16.8%
2. All Others 35.4%
