A Taiwanese producer sold LLDPE c4 film CFR China main port, subject to 6.5% customs duty, cash with November shipment at $1240/ton

A source at a Taiwanese producer reported that the company approached the market with their November offers $75/ton higher when compared with their October done deal levels. The producer acknowledged that their new offers are meeting with resistance from buyers and that they have only been able to conclude a few deals for small quantities so far.
