A Taiwanese producer offers HIPS injection CFR China main port, subject to 6.5% customs duty, cash at $1240/ton
A Taiwanese producer admitted having difficulties concluding sales as buyers' resistance remains strong. "Therefore, we left our GPPS offers unchanged for this week but lowered our HIPS offers by $30/ton," he comments.
