A Chinese producer reported lifting their GPPS offers by CNY200/ton during this week while increasing their HIPS offers by CNY400/ton. The higher increase amount on their HIPS offers is due to their lower inventory levels for this product. “Our current offer levels fail to attract buying interest and we receive CNY200-300/ton lower buy ideas from buyers,” he laments.
