Propylene oxide market reports in North China

PO markets are steady today. Propylene is short of supply owing to low operation rates of small factories with mainstream quotations adjusting at RMB 7400-7500/t in Shandong. The low-end liquid chlorine prices are at RMB 400/t but the mainstream quotations are at RMB 800-900/t.

For the moment, leading PO factories in Shandong and Tianjin offer at RMB 10100-10400/t for bulk stocks, leveling with that of last week. But the transaction prices are at the range of RMB 9900-10100/t.
