Borsochem MDI facility in Kazincbarcika, Hungary will be shut down for conventional turnaround which is expected to be executed in July and August for three weeks.
According to the sources from BorsoChem, a unit of 60,000 tons/ year MDI facility had been closed owing to poor demands and lower profit rates in April. Only the another 130,000 tons/year MDI facility is under operation, which will be closed for maintenance from June 22 to August 14.
For the moment, the company will store up from June to satisfy the contracted clients.
