Bruckner Maschinenbau to showcase innovative solutions at Chinaplas 2009

At Chinaplas 2009 Bruckner Maschinenbau GmbH&Co KG will present innovative solutions (Booth 5.1 E 51) for an efficient, highly flexible and profitable production of value-added products. Since Bruckner offers numerous solutions for BOPET film producers, it will exhibit its MDO technology with soft drive system and online tension monitoring, a trend-setter of sorts for the production of value-added BOPET films. The MDO 2-gap stretching section leads to unique stretching ratios of 4.5:1 or even above.

It will also exhibit its efficient and flexible BOPP lines. According to the company, it has installed more than 120 BOPP lines in China. These line layouts for outputs above 6,000 kg/hr, production speeds up to 525 m/min and line widths up to 10 m and above clearly demonstrate Brückner's position within the Chinese film markets.
 
Due to its expertise for the production of ultra-thin capacitor film, currently nearly 30 Bruckner capacitor film lines are in operation worldwide. The company claims that Chinese film producers will benefit from a vast expertise in both, sequential and simultaneous stretching.

Furthermore, in view of the trend towards cast film lines with wider working widths, higher speeds and output, Bruckner will also exhibit sophisticated and highly efficient cast and sheet extrusion lines.
