Kolsite / Gloucester: Indo-American joint venture
Published: 17 Mar 2009 18:30:22 PSTIndia's largest manufacturer and exporter of plastic extrusion machinery, Kolsite Group, and the North American extrusion machine manufacturer, Gloucester Engineering Co Inc., have agreed on a strategic joint venture to be located in India. The newly formed company will be named Kabra Gloucester Engineering Ltd. and will focus on manufacturing multilayer and monolayer blown film lines for Kolsite Group's and Gloucester's global markets. The new joint venture is supposed to combine Kolsite Group's expertise in manufacturing and sourcing efficiency, through its Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd., with Gloucester's advanced blown film extrusion technology.
