TDI USD market price reports
Published: 15 Feb 2009 23:31:43 PSTSince mid-February, owing to the bleak TDI price in domestic markets, importers have little interest in making orders and there are few transactions achieved at this moment.
In February, Poland plants encountered some failure in facility with no quotations in a short time; in addition, Taiwan South Asia decreased their supply after the mid-February.
For the moment, only Korean KFC and OCI have made quotations at USD 2100-2150/t with poor transactions. Japanese suppliers keep 50% operation rates, insisting on USD 2300/t.
