UPDATE 1-Toyota to brief on housing operations at 0830 GMT
Published: 22 Oct 2009 23:25:45 PSTTOKYO, Oct 23 - Toyota Motor Corp said it would brief on its housing operations at 0830 GMT on Friday in Nagoya. Its president Akio Toyoda will attend.
The automaker entered the home building business in 1975. It sold about 5,400 houses garnering some 149 billion yen ($1.6 billion) in revenue in the last financial year, less than 1 percent of Toyota's overall revenue.
