HONG KONG, July 16 - Trading in shares of Sinotruk will resume on Thursday after German truckmaker MAN SE said it will pay 560 million euros ($786.7 million) to for about 25 percent of the Chinese company.
The stock is expected to open higher after the deal, which represents a 21 percent premium to Sinotruk's last trading price.
