FAW Car rolls out self-developed ET3 engine
Published: 06 Jul 2009 21:21:21 PSTShanghai, July 6 (Gasgoo.com) FAW Car Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of FAW Group, announced that its self-developed ET3 engine has rolled off the assembly line of its engine plant, xinhuanet.com reported today.
The engine plant of FAW Car has the capability to mass-produce this own-brand engine soon for the company's sedan models, and FAW will have its own sedan "heart" from now on.
This time, FAW Car has put 17 units of its ET3 engine into production, and all of them have rolled off the line and succeeded in the first ignition.
