Mar. 15, 2010 (China Knowledge) - China's motorcycle output for last month was 1.78 million units, down 23.89% month on month or 1.05% year on year, according to China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Sales volume plunged 19.84% month on month but climbed 4% year on year, hitting 1.86 million units. In February, the country produced 1.66 million two-wheeled motorcycles and sold 1.75 million. It produced 111,900 three-wheeled motorcycles and sold 113,000. In the first two months of this year, around 4.11 million motorcycles were produced and 4.19 million units were sold.
