Hang Seng Index opens 85.85 points higher on Mon

Nov. 23, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hong Kong stocks rose on Monday morning, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index opening 85.85 points higher at 22,541.69. The Hang Seng China Enterprise Index, which tracks the overall performance of 43 mainland Chinese state-owned enterprises on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, opened 141.32 points lower at 13,329.66.
