Nov. 6, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hong Kong stocks rose on Friday morning, with the benchmark Hang Seng Index opening 387.64 points higher at 21,866.72. The Hang Seng China Enterprise Index, which tracks the overall performance of 43 mainland Chinese state-owned enterprises on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, opened 273.18 points higher at 13,078.44.
