Chinese stocks open 0.3% higher on Tue

Nov. 3, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Chinese stocks opened higher on Tuesday morning, tracking gains from the previous closing. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A shares and B shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, opened at 3,085.74 points, up 0.3% or 9.1 points from the previous closing.
