Oct. 22, 2009 (China Knowledge) - U.S.-based financial holding company JPMorgan Chase & Co recently reduced its shareholding in Air China Ltd<601111><0753> to 4.92% from the previous 5.26%, according to the bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing<0388>. Information from HKEx showed that JPMorgan on Oct. 15 sold 14.99 million H shares of Air China for a total of HK$70.2 million. The average share price of the transaction was HK$4.68 apiece.
