Oct. 21, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hong Kong billionaire Gordon Ying-sheung Wu, chairman of Hopewell Holdings Ltd<0054>, recently raised his shareholding in the company to 27.47% from the previous 27.46%, according to the bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing<0388>. Information from the HKEx showed that Wu on Oct. 15 bought 100,000 shares of Hopewell for a total of HK$2.33 million. The average share price of the transaction was HK$23.3 apiece.
