
China's 10 millionth vehicle of 2009 rolled off the FAW Jiefang J6 production line Tuesday.
With the completion of 10 million vehicles, the country has met its 2009 production target. China has become the third country in the world following Japan and the US to make over 10 million vehicles in a year.
However, automobile industry experts said Chinese-made vehicles still had their own challenges, such as weak brand influence, relatively low independent R & D capability and minimal global market share.
