Oct. 20, 2009 (China Knowledge) - U.S.-based financial holding company JPMorgan Chase & Co recently raised its shareholding in Ausnutria Dairy Corp Ltd<1717> to 6.29% from the previous 5.07%, according to the bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing<0388>. Information from HKEx showed that JPMorgan on Oct. 12 bought 12.25 million shares of Ausnutria Dairy for a total of HK$61.99 million. The average share price of the transaction was HK$5.06 apiece. Changsha-based Ausnutria Dairy is a Sino-Australian joint venture that imports and distributes its own brand of milk powder. Shares of Ausnutria Dairy rose 0.21% to end at HK$4.87 yesterday.
